Good Orthodontics is a family practice, which means we not only provide care to patients of all ages in your family, our team is like family too. We take great pride in the fact that several team members have been with us for more than 20 years. The Good Orthodontics Team is our greatest asset!

We assure you that each member of our team has been thoroughly trained to provide you with quality, personalized orthodontic care. We encourage continued education and cross-training to keep our staff proficient in the state-of-the-art technologies and processes. Our approach combines warmth, sincerity and superior care to patients ranging in age from 3 to 80 years old! At Good Orthodontics, you are in good company!

Carole - Treatment Coordinator

I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh Dental Hygiene Program with a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Health Related Professions, and I also have a Master’s Degree in Higher Education. I was an Associate Professor in the School of Dental Medicine and worked in private practice for over 35 years.

I began working at Good Orthodontics as an orthodontic assistant, record technician and now have found a home as a treatment coordinator. I bring a unique perspective to this position because of personal experience with orthodontic treatment as an adult and mom to children that have been treated from the extreme spectrum of Phase I treatment and orthognathic surgery. This position utilizes both my education and dental backgrounds – and I just love it!

I am married to Dr. Ron and we have twin boys, Luke and Zack. I enjoy staying active by running, biking and skiing, and I’m blessed to be able to do these things with family and friends.

Michele - Treatment Coordinator

I’ve been in the orthodontic field for over 25 years and enjoy seeing the confidence that a beautiful smile brings. Over the years the in the field I’ve had the pleasure of working not only as an orthodontic assistant but also as a Treatment Coordinator which gave me knowledge in all aspects of the field. As an orthodontic assistant, I’ve worked with braces, expanders and Invisalign. As a treatment coordinator, I presented treatment plans, goals, and insurance options.

I was lucky to become a team member of Good Orthodontics in January, 2017. I love being able to go to work every day to not only help patients achieve their forever Good smiles but to also spend time with my work family.

In my spare time, my fiance’ and I like to spend time with family and friends, traveling and being with our West Highland Terrier Geno.

Madison - Treatment Coordinator

I joined Good Orthodontics in 2025. I love meeting new patients and helping to change their forever smiles for the GOOD! In my spare time I love to read, spend time with my husband, and I have recently been learning how to sew!

Diane - Treatment Coordinator

Great joy has come through many years with Good Orthodontics, building lasting relationships and confidence by helping to create great smiles.

Grandchildren and gardening are two of my other favorite “double G’s!”

Diane retired from Good Orthodontics in December after 38 years of being a wonderful team member. Congratulations and many blessings, Diane! We will miss you.

Lee - Financial Coordinator

I am the Financial Coordinator or as patients call me, "The Money Lady". I have been in the dental field for 39 years and have been a "Good Girl" for 21 years. I love working with patients to make a "Good" smile achievable. I have one cat, Hudson, "Huddy" who is the cutest!

Lee retired from Good Orthodontics in August after 22 years of being the GOOD money lady!

Cheri - Financial & Scheduling Coordinator

I'm the Financial Coordinator in the Mt. Lebanon office and have been with the "Good " team for 18 years. I love working with people. I began my career here as a Records Tech and now especially enjoy being on the front line. I'm married and have one fantastic son.

Rosanne - Scheduling Coordinator

I have been behind the front desk in orthodontics for many years and I am thrilled to have found a new home with Good Orthodontics. My husband Bob and I have 3 children and delightful grandchildren. We are fortunate to have them all in Pittsburgh. I look forward to many new friendships and beautiful smiles.

Rosanne recently retired to spend more time with her grandchildren. You may still see her in one of our offices helping out at the front desk. Thank you for all you do for Good Orthodontics, Rosanne!

Valerie - Scheduling Coordinator

I am blessed with 36 years at Good Orthodontics. I have been a team member of the practice as an assistant, Patient Flow Coordinator, and currently a Scheduling Coordinator. I am married with 4 beautiful daughters and love to travel.

Lori - Scheduling Coordinator

I’m a graduate of Robert Morris University with a degree in Business Administration. I’m very excited to put my skills to use as a new member of Good Orthodontics’ front desk team!

I come to Good Orthodontics with a background in business, retail and most recently pediatric dentistry. I’m so gratified to play my role in helping our patients achieve healthy and beautiful smiles!

I’m the proud mom of wonderful young woman who is off to Allegheny College this fall! In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading and music. I am so blessed to work the amazing Good Orthodontics team and our wonderful patients!

Ann - Scheduling Coordinator

Alyssa - Assistant/Patient Flow Coordinator

Hi, my name is Alyssa and I have worked with Good Orthodontics since January 2016. My husband Tim and I have a beautiful daughter named Sophia, a son Noah, and a fur baby named Bailey who is 14years old. I love my job and helping give people a healthy and gorgeous smile.

Phyllis - Digital Communications Coordinator/Assistant

I work in the Mt. Lebanon office and specialize in the operation of our 3D X-ray unit and scanners. I have been a member of the Good Orthodontics team for 29 years. I have also contributed to the team as the Patient Flow Coordinator for the clinic. I am happily married. In my spare time, I enjoy knitting, reading, and bike riding.

Phyllis celebrated 30 years with us. She is such a blessing to our team and patients.

Victoria - Digital Communications Coordinator/Assistant

I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience. I recently joined the Good Orthodontics team as an assistant after previously working in Pediatric Dentistry. I am newly engaged & a coffee connoisseur. In my spare time, my fiancé and I compete in physique competitions.

I love being a part of a team that treats everyone that walks through the door like family, & look forward to continuing putting smiles on our patient’s faces!

Victoria recently went back to school for her nursing degree. She keeps up on her orthodontic skills in between classes and studying by assisting with us part time! We love when Vic joins us.

Kelly - Assistant/ Patient Flow Coordinator

My name is Kelly. I have been in the dental field since 2009 and have been with Good Orthodontics since October 2015. I’m married and we have two beautiful children Lana and Alexander. I am one of the Patient Flow Coordinators in our Washington office location and assist the doctors with patients. I really love my job and making everyone’s smiles better :)

Samantha - Digital Communications Coordinator/Assistant

I have been in the dental field for 6+ years after finishing the Dental Assisting program at Fortis College. I was born and raised in Fairfax, VA, and currently live in Peters Township with my two children. My daughter participates in cheer, tumbling, tennis and Girl Scouts, while my son engages in wrestling, tennis and lacrosse. During my downtime I enjoy cooking, reading, volunteering, practicing yoga and running. I am so blessed to be a part of Good Orthodontics and to be able to assist individuals in happy and healthy smiles.

Hello, I'm Sam! I joined Good Orthodontics in late 2025. I recently gradutated from the Dental Assisting program at the Institute of Medical and Business Careers. I have a cat named Simba and I love to read when I am not helping to perfect someone's smile! I am excited for my future at Good Orthodontics and getting to know all of the wonderful patients in the Good Orthodontics family.

Char Eash Practice Consultant

Char Eash, Profit Marketing Systems, has been our practice consultant for over 25 years. Char has implemented numerous orthodontic systems in our practice concentrating on patient care, efficiency, and safety. She works very closely with the doctors and team defining our positions and maximizing our service. She has encouraged each of us to work at our highest level for the benefit of our patients and their families, our practice team, and our individual growth. Char has become a very loved member of the Good Orthodontics family!
